Tour Booking Conditions

• 1.To apply, please contact the official travel agency at the latest 2 days prior to the tour date.
• 2.For the DMZ tour, you must bring your passport on the tour date.
• 3.Departure time can be changed. Please check the confirmation e-mail.
• 4.Payment can be made to the tour guide either in cash or by credit card on the tour date.
• 5.Tours are subject to change or cancellation if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
• 6.In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact you individually.
• 7.Any requests to change/cancel should be made by e-mail to [email protected] or call +82-(0)2-730-1090.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 1.Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
• 2.Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost.
