Paper Submission

The organizing committee thanks everyone who submitted abstracts for the success of the Indoor Air 2020 scientific program. Authors with accepted abstracts are requested to submit the extended abstract (maximum TWO pages) or full paper (maximum SIX pages) according to the guidelines and template. After the review process of the extended abstracts and full papers, the scientific committee will assign them to either oral or poster presentation.
  • *All accepted extended abstracts and full papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • *Selected full papers from Indoor Air 2020 will be recommended by the scientific committee for further consideration of publication in special issues of prestigious journals including Indoor Air, Building and Environment and other renowned international journals.

  • -Extended Abstract / Full Paper Submission Deadline: March 01, 2020
  • -Final Paper Resubmission Deadline: April 15, 2020

Steps for extended abstract / full paper submission

  1. 1.Click the “Online Submission“ button and log in to the page.
  2. 2.Go to the “Abstract Submission” tab and click the “Modify” button.


  3. 3.Please choose your preferred paper type (extended abstract or full paper).
  4. 4.Upload your paper in both MS Word and PDF formats.
  5. 5.Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
