  • -Non-Member fees include one year of ISIAQ membership
  • -Student rate applies to registered full-time students in a university, college or engineering school. Please note that documentary proof must be sent to the secretariat by email within 10 days of paying your registration fee.
  • -Group registration is not possible.
  • -Summer school has been cancelled.
  • If you have paid the registration fee before July 14, 2020, your registration will be converted to virtual and the difference will be refunded. If you paid the fee by bank transfer, the refund will be disbursed around the end of November.

Methods of Payment

Online Credit Card
  • -Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
  • -All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
Bank Transfer
  • -All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
  • -The sender's name should be the registrant's name. If the registrant’s name and the sender’s name are not identical, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the secretariat marked with the registrant’s name that appears on the bank transfer slip.
  • -Please ensure that the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.
  • -Appropriate payment should be completed within the corresponding period of registration. If you fail to pay by a determined period deadline, you will be required to pay the additional fees by wire transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by email (info@indoorair2020.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087). All cancellations will be refunded before October 16, 2020, 11:59pm KST. NO REFUNDS will be made after October 16, 2020. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.

Online Conference Policy

You will be given log-on details for the online conference. Please note that your log-on information is just like your badge at the conference. Anyone caught sharing the same registration will immediately be removed from the online conference. You will be held responsible for any code of conduct violations that occur under your registration as well.
